The diagnostic

30 minutes. Real answers. No ambush.

You’ll leave the call knowing which tier fits your operation, whether your books need rescue first, and what both cost. Prices are public, so we skip the theater and talk about your setup.

What we cover

  • Your entities, doors, and active projects
  • Where your books stand today (honest version)
  • Which tier fits, and the scope limit you’d hit next
  • Cleanup scope and how we’d quote it

Who it’s for

  • Investors with 8+ doors or active flip/build projects
  • Wholesalers doing consistent deal volume
  • Contractors and operators who need per-job profit
  • Syndicators and developers with LP or lender reporting

Who it’s not for

  • DIYers looking for free setup advice. Grab the free templates instead. They’re good
  • Anyone shopping for tax prep. We’re not a CPA firm
  • Price shoppers. Prices are already on the pricing page

Pick a time

Booking takes two minutes. The form asks about doors, entities, and strategy so the call starts at the real conversation.

Before you book

Is this a sales call?

It’s a fit call. Prices are already published, so there’s nothing to reveal. We spend the 30 minutes on your setup (entities, doors, projects, systems) and tell you which tier fits, or that none does.

What should I have ready?

A rough count of entities, doors/units, active projects, monthly vendor bills, and employees. QBO access is not needed for the diagnostic, if we proceed, a 30-minute file review produces your flat cleanup quote.

What if my books are a mess?

That’s normal. Most clients arrive mid-mess. Cleanup is quoted flat after the file review and handled as a one-time project before monthly service starts.

What if we’re not a fit?

We say so on the call and point you somewhere useful. A DIY template, a referral, or a smaller-scope option like Books Rescue. Unqualified ‘maybes’ waste your time and ours.
