What we collect
When you download a resource or book a diagnostic call, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and any details you enter in the booking form (portfolio size, entities, strategy). Our website analytics collect standard usage data (pages visited, approximate location, device type).
How we use it
To send you the resource you requested, to prepare for and conduct your diagnostic call, and (only if you opt in) to send our monthly investor note. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Where it lives
Form submissions are processed through our own automation infrastructure and stored in our client management systems. Scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Analytics are provided by Google Analytics.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe option. To have your information corrected or deleted, email contact@gsdaccountants.com and we’ll handle it promptly.
Client data
Financial records of bookkeeping clients are governed by the engagement letter, not this website policy. We never use client financial data for marketing.
